Corporate wellness workshops are an important part of any corporate wellness program and strategy. nousflow offers various workshops tailored to meet the needs of your unique workplace and team. A subject matter expert will come to your organization and present information about a specified wellness topic, providing useful information and resources for you and your employees and address any questions they may have. These workshops are intended to help employers and employees better understand and respond to workplace stress, address trauma effects, make healthier life choices and empower everyone to engage in workplace culture of wellness.

Psychological PPE

Stress can prevent us from being fully focused and doing our best work. Empathic Strain and Building Resilience

Working in trauma-exposed settings can contribute to personal and professional growth, provide a sense of purpose and support the development of a mindful and empathic wisdom. However, work in these settings can also significantly increase our risk for stress, burnout and trauma effects. Significant research in the area of trauma has provided evidence-based approaches to effectively address stress in trauma-exposed workplaces and mitigate trauma effects.
